Controller & processor responsibilities

Controller: Zala Electronics Kft. — Decides purpose and means of processing plant operations and personnel data; owns retention policy approvals and support-bundle release decisions.
Processor: SmartRack vendor (ARIS support under contract) — Processes data only via time-boxed, approved remote-access sessions and vendor-key-signed OTA capsules; never holds standing access.
